Biotene Rinse:
Use approximately one tablespoon, rinse for 30 seconds then spit out. Use up to 5 times per day.
Prevident Toothpaste:
Use Prevident Fluoride Toothpaste at least twice a day to help protect against cavities and freshen your breath.
PerioScience Gel in tray:
Place approximately a pea sized amount in each tray and spread with your tongue. Use gel twice daily morning and night, as required for symptom relief. Best time for application is before bed after a normal brushing and flossing routine.
