Your first visit includes a comprehensive exam, x-rays, and an oral health assessment. If appropriate, a dental cleaning will follow. This entire first visit is 2 hours.

We allot for 60 minutes with our hygienist.

If you have a PPO plan, we can bill your insurance. We are out-of-network for all plans. If you’re not sure what type of insurance you have, call your insurance company to ask if you have a PPO plan.

The short answer is no. However, you can absolutely use your FSA/HSA for your botox treatment. Some patients do not need further documentation other than a receipt. Should you need a form to be filled out or a letter of medical necessity, we are happy to do that for you. The best thing is to contact your HR and find out if any additional information is needed.
